    2. If you have someone in the UK/US ask them to send it for you or ask a KQ person if you know one who is flying the Nairobi-Accra route to get you one from Makola market in Accra they sell the raw type It is called ALATA soap or Alata Samini soap in Ghana or if they are flying Nairobi - Lagos to get you "Dudu Osun" this brand comes prepackaged in a soap box. Alternatively you can buy it from Amazon it may take upto 3 weeks to get to you though. Hope that helps

  3. Oh dear, the Olive Oil shampoo does have Sulfate. If you look at its ingredientss you will see the abbreviation SLES..meaning Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulfate. also known as SLS..Sodium Lauryl Sulfate.
its therefore not a sulfate free shampoo as you earlier had stated.

  4. if you are not tight on spending a bit of cash on a good sulphate free shampoo, the healthy u stores have, i think about 4-5 brands of sulphate free shampoo. i use the Dr. Organic line of shampoos..right now am using the tea tree one shampoo and it just feels amazing! its 900 and something shillings but a little does go a long way! Dr. organic products are also in alot of pharmacies. i will be trying the other healthy U brands when mine runs out!
